This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Venue Account Manager, to join a well established association based in London!
A rare opportunity has come around for a Venue Account Manager, working for one of the UK's largest healthcare associations. The association specialise in a number of events including conferences, congresses, internal events and exhibitions, across the pharmaceutical sector. Based out of their London offices, they are made up of a very close knit team so it is important that you can work well within a group. It will be a great opportunity to work for such a well recognised association and some very well known clients.
This role will be a 12 month fixed term contract, as Venue Account Manager, you will be working closely with internal teams including catering, so it is mandatory that you already have this experience. Ideally you will have a background in venue hire and catering and have knowledge of health and safety
Key Responsibilities include;
* Managing the outsourced catering contract
* Ensuring service levels and Health and Safety requirements are maintained
* Managing the rota, monthly meetings and appraisals for direct reports in reception and venue hire services.
* Assigning work generated from emails/service desk requests
* Liaising with internal/external stakeholders about meetings and events.
The right candidate will have experience working with outsourced catering teams, it is also vital that you feel confident working with clients and managing a team.
