Delivering a wide range of live events from smaller meetings and conferences through to high profile awards ceremonies, gala dinners and product launches broadcast internationally, this events agency are going from strength to strength!

Due to on going success, they are now on the look out for a Scenic Department Manager to join their growing team. You will be responsible for leading the agencies response on various client briefs and working with internal teams to develop compelling and innovative proposals.

THE ROLE

My client is looking for someone who is reliable and confident working with both new and existing clients. You will be working with a technical team and will be required to drive sustainable growth through boosting sales and building new client relationships with both clients and venues.

Your main responsibilities will include;

*Building and maintaining strong, long lasting customer relationships
*Generating new venue relationships and explanding the company profile with industry knowledge
*Identifying and growing opportunities within territory and collaborate with the sales and technical teams
*Working closely with all internal teams making sure that everyone is updated with new clients/venues
*Holding regular meetings with the teams for updates
*Attending regular client meetings and industry related networking events

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this Scenic Department Manager role you will ideally have worked previously for a production agency or AV company. It is important that you have client-facing skills teamed with the ability to manage the production of events from start to finish, including full technical specification.
