THE COMPANY

This exciting role will be working for a fun loving boutique agency located in Derbyshire, to the East of the rural green lands of the Peak District. With a close knit and dedicated team they provide a range of services from full event management and production through to venue sourcing both across the UK as well as globally for their broad portfolio of clients. Working on events from conferences to incentives across a varied client no two days are ever the same here!

THE ROLE

Due to their continued growth they are know looking for a Venue Finder to join their close knit passionate team. Responsibilities are broad and include:

*Taking on and developing briefs
*Preparing proposals
*Venue sourcing across the UK and internationally
*Liaising with clients and maintaining relationships
*Supplier and venue liaison and negotiation
*Continually enhancing your product knowledge on national and international venues
*Travelling for inspection trips and venue visits
*On-site support

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will hold strong experience in venue finding in the UK and internationally. Candidates must have experience with liaising with venues and suppliers and have a strong desire to develop their knowledge of venues. Knowledge of international venues and destinations would be an added benefit!
