THE ROLE

Due to exciting developments they are now recruiting an Events Assistant / Venue Finder to join a dedicated account team.

You will get the opportunity to both oversee the event pre-planning stages and manage your own projects from start to finish, whilst working alongside some incredibly experienced and dynamic people.

Responsibilities will include:

Preparing proposals
Venue finding and liaison
Supplier negotiations
Confirmation of bookings
Travel and accommodation booking
Working to budgets
On-site delivery assistance where necessary
Other ad hoc event duties

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will be client facing, bright and enthusiastic and able to hit the ground running and ideally have a degree within Event Management. Knowledge of the EMEIA region and any language skills will be a bonus, but if you have managed the delivery of events end to end and have a strong logistics understanding then we need you! You must be fluent in French and German for this role, due to the clients you will be dealing with

If you are a proactive, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload then we need you!
