THE ROLE

Due to company growth, there is now an opportunity for a Warehouse Coordinator to join their dynamic and supportive events team.

A varied role, the Warehouse Coordinator will assist with the smooth running of the logistics support function of their warehouse operation, including:

* Liaising with warehouse and production teams on job timelines and schedules
* Communicating and building relationships with external Venue Managers
* Accurately managing the Hiretrack system
* Effectively distributing equipment to maximise cost effectiveness
* Managing late equipment returns
* Actively managing annual stock takes
* Assisting with other administrative duties

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organisation and communication skills with the ability to prioritise high volumes of work. A good knowledge of audio visual equipment and systems would be beneficial.
