THE ROLE

Due to on-going success we are seeking an experienced event based Warehouse Coordinate to assist with the smooth running of the logistics support function of the warehouse operation, ensuring an effective and professional daily operation.

You will be liaising with the warehouse team, venue managers and production teams to co-ordinate all daily loan requests and productions.

Duties will include;

* Work with Project Managers and Warehouse Team on event requirements

* Managing a central Hire Track / booking system

* Managing the logistics of internal technical equipment

* Working with internal departments and other offices

* Building relationships with external suppliers

* Sourcing additional kit when required and negotiating the best rates

* Stock control

* Administrative duties

The ideal candidate will have experience of working as a Hire Desk Coordinator or Warehouse Assistant for an AV supply company. We are also interested in speaking to Technicians / Project Managers who have excellent organisation skills and who are looking for an office based position.
