THE COMPANY

THE ROLE
As a Marketing Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the company’s marketing strategy and execution, shaping how the brand communicates, connects with clients, and drives growth across key global markets, primarily the UK, USA, and UAE.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with sales, client services, design, and leadership teams to develop and deliver impactful campaigns that align with commercial objectives. You won’t just maintain existing processes — you’ll bring fresh ideas, lead innovative initiatives, and play a pivotal role in elevating the company’s marketing presence.
You’ll be empowered to introduce new platforms, tools, and strategies, making decisions that genuinely influence the direction of the business. As a Marketing Manager, you’ll also have the opportunity to travel for key campaigns and meetings, as agreed with senior management.
What you’ll be doing:
- Drive lead generation through targeted campaigns and content; track performance, analyse trends, and present insights. Conduct competitor and market research to inform strategy.
- Own the marketing function, creating and executing an annual plan aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee the creation of case studies, social media, email marketing, and website updates to support brand visibility and engagement.
- Provide Sales, BD, and Client Services teams with tailored collateral and presentations; collaborate with design on standout visuals and proposals.
- Identify and implement new platforms and tools (e.g., AI solutions) to enhance marketing efficiency and lead handling.
- Attend events to support delivery teams, capture content, and highlight global capabilities.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams and partners, managing projects independently while ensuring consistent marketing output.
THE CANDIDATE
We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded Marketing Manager with 3–5 years of experience in brand experience, experiential marketing, or live events. You’ll have a proven track record in delivering high-impact campaigns and generating quality leads that contribute directly to business growth. Experience in sports marketing or a strong personal interest in sport will be a significant advantage in this role.
As a creative and strategic thinker, you’re confident managing multi-channel campaigns from concept to execution, and skilled at turning insights into action through performance data and competitor research. You’re a clear and engaging communicator, able to produce compelling written and visual content, and comfortable presenting marketing insights to senior leadership.
You’ll be hands-on with platforms such as Mailchimp, Shopify, and Canva, and ideally have some ability to capture and edit content. A strong grasp of marketing analytics, excellent IT skills, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, collaborative environment are essential.
