As Senior Event Manager you'll take the lead on a wide range of events - helping transform creative concepts into seamless, high-quality experiences. Key Responsibilities include: -          Taking briefs and leading the client relationship throughout-          Leading projects from briefing stage through to onsite execution-          Holding accountability for project timelines and scheduling-          Dealing with all external suppliers including production partners-          Briefing and leading internal departments such as creative-          Leading all event logistics-          Overseeing successful delivery of events onsite-          Creating and reconciling event budgets-          Supporting and mentoring junior team members  The Candidate For this Senior Event Manager role we're seeking candidates who hold existing delivery experience from within an event agency environment. Candidates must have a proven proficiency in leading client relationships and being accountable for events from briefing stages through to onsite execution. We are ideally looking for those who are already working at a Senior Event Manager level but very strong Event Managers may also be considered. You’ll bring a strong understanding of event technology management, ideally gained in a large-scale event delivery or delegate/sponsor registration environment. Proficiency with major event platforms such as EventsAir, RainFocus, or Cvent is highly desirable, along with familiarity in audience engagement tools like event apps, polling systems, and gamification software. You’ll be client-facing, collaborative, and confident in managing multiple stakeholders — from clients and suppliers to internal teams. Experience leading or mentoring others would be a bonus, but not essential.
