The Role The business is now on the lookout for an Event Co-Ordinator to help them achieve their ambitious growth plans in 2025. The Event Co-Ordinator will play a crucial role working with clients and delivering top class events. Duties will include: • Manage and lead a mix of small and large scale international and UK based event projects.• Take client briefings, consult on budgets and co-ordinate with the wider team.• Manage supplier relationships - negotiating best prices and co-ordinating sufficiently.• Be a key point of contact on-site at events and ensure a smooth delivery on the day.• Ensuring health and safety protocols are adhered to at all times.• Regularly meet clients and report on project progress. The Candidate The ideal candidate for this Event Co-ordinator role will have a minimum of three years’ work experience in a similar role, ideally with experience either within an agency or client office or within a hotel /venue events office.
