THE COMPANY

Our client is a full service agency with in-house production, creative, staffing and even transport services and they have built an excellent reputation of creative thinking and highly polished delivery.

The expertise within the team has delivered award winning campaigns for some of the world's leading experience brands. Working for a huge variety of exciting clients, this close knit team delivers all aspects of concept design through to delivery of campaigns including events such as team building, road shows, festivals, product demonstration, sampling campaigns, product launches and press launches!

THE ROLE

As part of their ongoing success and expansion they are now recruiting an experienced Account Director with an agency background to head up client relationships and oversee delivery of their flag ship account.

Managing a team including Account Managers and Accounts Executives, the role is broad and includes the following amongst other things:

Managing and developing client and stakeholder relationships
Managing a number of key client accounts
Growing and developing client relationships to maximise business
Taking briefs from clients and overseeing the creative response
Producing proposals and pitching for new business
Providing approval for key project documentation - timelines, reports, etc.
Building key relationships with internal teams (events, production, creative, video etc.)
Approving project budgets and protecting company profitability
Line managing and developing a team
Reporting and analysing delivery
Staying updated on key experiential trends, event industry news and understand a healthy marketing mix

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this Account Director role you will have experience working within an experiential agency delivering a variety of events for B2C. You will have extensive experience of maximising accounts, developing new opportunities, leading ideas and remaining one step ahead in the industry to deliver outstanding creative brand experiences time and time again.
