THE ROLE

They are now looking for an Assistant Event Manager to play a key role managing all in store events and activation's. Duties will include:

• End-to-end management of key events
• Liaising with high profile brands and clients
• Working within a close knit team
• Scheduling events in the diary in advance
• Inviting VIP clients to exclusive events
• Working collaboratively with marketing teams
• Delivering an exceptionally high level of service
• Collating customer details ensuring all VIP's are contacted regularly
• Promoting in store events across social media
• Managing budgets and timelines to ensure successful event delivery
• Weekly and monthly updates with the teams
• Proposing innovative event ideas increasing engagement, social responsibility and loyalty
• Remaining up to date with current trends, technologies, design tools and applications
• Being onsite to make sure events run smoothly

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have proven event management experience, preferably within the luxury retail and events sector, or within a private members club. This role will be perfect for someone who has the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously, successfully working with and delegating tasks.
