We are looking for a Business Development Executive / Client Engagement Manager to join an award-winning events and communications agency based in London.

THE AGENCY

As a well-established creative event and production agency, they have built an outstanding industry reputation and have a portfolio of long-standing and exciting blue-chip clients!

They deliver a broad spectrum of events including award shows, conferences, product launches, brand & sponsorship activations, experiential and roadshows for clients across the technology, telecoms, financial, retail and government sectors! This agency manages the full production of the event from start to finish including production, creative, video and content!

THE ROLE

As part of their on-going success there is now the opportunity for a Business Development Executive / Client Engagement Manager to join their close knit team. The role will be hands-on in terms of actively looking to develop new opportunities with new clients for the incentives team. The successful candidate will act as the link between new Clients and the Head of Incentive Travel, focusing on new business from pipeline and lead generation to enquiry.

Working closely with senior management and the wider agency your key responsibilities will include;

* Proactively generating new business leads
* Monitoring media and trade press for potential opportunities
* Attending industry networking events to meet new contacts
* Arranging client meetings, building lasting relationships
* Helping to write winning proposals and pitching for projects
* Preparing credentials presentations
* Contributing to planning of agency wide marketing campaigns

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and winning new business and will have an in-depth understanding of the event industry, especially Incentive Travel! You'll be excited to bring your own ideas to this process, be encouraged to work in your own way and be given plenty of opportunities to grow and develop with the agency.
