With a diverse events portfolio and a highly engaged membership and stakeholder network, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced events professional to join as an Event Manager and drive the delivery of innovative, community-focused experiences.
The Role
Due to continued growth, the organisation is seeking an Event Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of its events programme. This role blends event design, planning, stakeholder engagement and hands-on operational delivery.
You will collaborate with internal teams, committees, commercial partners and suppliers to produce memorable, high-quality events. Creativity, relationship-building and operational excellence are central to the role.
This is a broad role where the Event Manager will use all of their event and project management skills and experience, including;
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design event programmes.
- Contribute creative ideas to shape impactful attendee experiences.
- Support the development of event technology and engagement tools.
- Provide post-event evaluation and recommendations.
- Contribute to event budget development.
- Lead venue sourcing, contracting and onsite management.
- Oversee catering, AV, branding, signage and onsite event materials.
- Support management of hotel allocations.
- Procure and oversee all third-party suppliers.
- Coordinate production processes for speaker materials and supporting documentation.
- Confirm onsite technical and logistical requirements.
- Manage onsite registrations, badging and associated IT needs.

The Candidate
Candidates should ideally be working in a similar role as an Event Manager with 5+ years' experience delivering complex events (in-person, hybrid and online). If you have strong project and stakeholder management experience and experience with event management software and registration systems then we need you!
Most importantly we are looking for an ambitious Event Manager with a willingness to learn and develop within this fantastic organisation!
