THE COMPANY:

This agency specialise in events and exhibition design crafting bespoke spaces from high-impact exhibition stands and showrooms to retail environments and branded installations.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a close-knit, collaborative production team that delivers exceptional quality for major clients across the UK and beyond.

They handle everything from concept to installation: design, manufacture and on-site execution.

THE ROLE:

You’ll play a key part in ensuring the business is performing in a cost effective and efficient way – ensuring costings are acceptable and the business is receiving the best price for materials, services and other costs.

This role sits within the operations department, working closely with Project Managers and senior leadership to ensure materials and services are priced up and budgets are adhered to.

Responsibilities include:

• Review quotes and establish how accurate the pricing estimates are
• Research material costs and source best deals for the projects and clients to ensure the job is completed as cost effective as possible
• Use internal software to create internal costing sheets for the project management team to monitor project spending
• Work closely with the sales team on costing handover and understand the finer details

THE CANDIDATE:

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in a similar role and ideally some knowledge of the production and manufacturing sector. The business is open to considering if you have strong numeracy and costing skills.
