We are recruiting on behalf of a global client who has multiple vacancies for event professionals ready to own and deliver mid-size, large-scale, and complex, high-profile events for diverse domestic and international clients. The Roles

We are seeking both Event Managers and Senior Event Managers to provide a complete, comprehensive, and proactive event management service. Depending on the experience level, the successful candidate will either be fully responsible for autonomously managing mid-size events or leading the delivery of complex, large-scale projects while mentoring junior colleagues.

Key responsibilities across the opportunities include:

• End-to-end Project Management, from initial enquiry and proposal development through to final on-site delivery and completion.
• Developing strong, high-level client relationships and actively helping to secure repeat and new business.
• Commercial and Financial Management, including supplier negotiation, cost management, maximising profitability, and managing full post-event financial reconciliation.
• Overseeing all logistical elements, including Travel Management, Delegate Registration, and supplier coordination.
• (For Senior Level) Team Leadership and Delegation of specific elements to non-senior members of the team.

The Candidates

Candidates must possess extensive Event Management and Event agency experience, comprehensive industry knowledge, and a proven track record of successful client management in a fast-paced environment. Candidates for the senior level must also demonstrate experience in delegating and overseeing the workloads of junior team members. Our client is looking for professional, consultative, self-motivated, and flexible individuals comfortable with the working hours required for client events (including evening and weekend work and travel).

In return, the client offers a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £50,000, based on experience and the level of role offered (Event Manager or Senior Event Manager).
