The Role
Now seeking an Event Account Director to join their team; this role focuses on nurturing existing client relationships and delivering exceptional projects that drive growth, profitability, and long-term partnerships.
- Combine client service and project management responsibilities.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships within established accounts.
- Retain clients through strong relationships and consistent delivery.
- Drive year-on-year revenue growth from existing clients.
- Ensure clear commercial justification for every project.
- Develop and present winning pitches to a broad portfolio of clients.
- Oversee projects from brief to delivery including project scheduling.
- Partner with creative and production teams to deliver on time and on brief.
- Maintain strong budget control and work to improve profitability
- Oversee project delivery onsite internationally
The Candidate
To be considered for this Event Account Director position we are seeking candidates who come with a strong event/production agency background delivering expo install, exhibition or experiential style projects. We are looking for proven experience across both client services and end to end project delivery with a strong commercial awareness. Candidates must be able to demonstrate how they have nurtured existing client accounts and won high value business from existing relationships.
