The Role
Now seeking a Head of Client Services to join their team; this role focuses on leading a department in nurturing existing client relationships to ensure retention and growth of accounts whilst providing exceptional project delivery across the board.
The Head of Client Services will have the following responsibilities:
- Manage existing client accounts ensuring profitability and growth across these
- Develop deep client relationships to encourage retention year on year
- Work with clients to develop the scale of accounts leading to higher volume of projects
- Lead complex project delivery for key clients
- Create and deliver exceptional client pitches to secure business
- Manage the client services team of AM and PM skill sets
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, on scope and to budget
- Lead department financials and ensure all financial targets are reached
- Coordinate resource and tools to optimise account growth and project delivery across the team
The Candidate
To be considered for this Head of Client Services role we are looking for event / production agency based candidates with proven experience in account growth and pitching success across large scale high budget (£1-10million) expo, exhibition or experiential projects. Candidates must also have an understanding of project delivery and / or oversight, as well as people management or department lead experience. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about relationships and are committed to ensuring the long term development of a client account.
