Our client is a full-service creative agency with offices across the Middle East, NY and China!

As an agency they produce and deliver creative and immersive experiences for high end luxury brands across the globe.  With a growing client base and a passionate team there has never been a better time for an Event Account Director to come on board.

The Role

Due to continued growth they are now looking for an Event Account Director to join their growing events team to head up one of their flag ship luxury clients within the beauty sector.  

This is a senior role within the Client Services team, fully dedicated to their global beauty brands. You will lead flagship accounts, manage international stakeholders, and oversee large-scale beauty projects that define how the industry experiences creativity. 

As an Account Director you will be supporting the Senior Leadership Team and ensuring delivery of projects including managing creative and production delivery.

A broad role, responsibilities will include: 

-    Client and account management 

-    Taking, interpreting and challenging briefs 

-    Creating engaging responses 

-    Overseeing all elements of delivery and ensuring timescales and schedules are adhered to

-    Leading internal design and technical teams 

-    Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers when necessary 

-    Stakeholder management 

-    Budget management 

-    Line management and development of a team

The Candidate

Candidates should ideally be working in a similar role as an Event Account Director for a creative events agency.   A proven track record managing large-scale, international activations, strong leadership skills and a track record of mentoring and managing teams is a MUST!
