THE COMPANY

With an incredible reputation across the industry this agency offers an all round event management service to some of the biggest healthcare brands in the world. With logistics and venue sourcing teams in house they deliver hundreds of events each year on a truly global scale reaching countries across Europe, America and even the Middle East! Their diverse portfolio of projects encompassing internal events, training programmes, gala dinners, healthcare meetings and large scale congresses means that no two days are the same. Whether clients are looking to hold a small meeting for 20 or manage congress attendance for 1,500 delegates, the team can deliver!

Due to some significant growth and new business wins they are now looking to grow the team with an Event Administrator!

THE ROLE

In this busy role you will be working alongside the wider team to support on the delivery of a wide range of events across the year.

Key responsibilities will include:

*Supporting across all areas of event delivery
*Liaising with clients, suppliers and delegates
*Managing the delegate registration process using CRM systems
*Organising logistics including travel, transfers and accommodation
*Managing social programmes such as evening dinners
*Preparing delegate packs, badges and other onsite equipment
*Assisting across general administrative duties
*Travelling globally to support on the delivery of events

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this Event Administrator position we are looking for event graduates or candidates with little experience working within the events industry. A strong passion for the events industry, eagerness to learn and strong administrative skills are essential for this position.
