Hybrid working - 3 days London office, 2 home - An exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join a specialist events business delivering some of the UK’s most iconic mass participation and outdoor events — and play a key role in shaping unforgettable visitor experiences.

This business provides expert services to the events industry across mass participation, major and outdoor events, offering true end-to-end delivery — from early-stage research and planning through to onsite execution and live delivery.

The Role
They’re now looking for an experienced Project Manager (Branding & Wayfinding) to join the team and take ownership of the delivery of complex, high-profile branding and wayfinding projects. You’ll manage multiple clients and timelines simultaneously, overseeing projects from initial briefing through to onsite delivery — ensuring every detail is planned, produced and executed to the highest standard. A broad role responsibilities include:
- End-to-end delivery of branding and wayfinding projects across major live events
- Playing a key role in process development, shaping best practice across branding and wayfinding projects
- Managing multiple clients, stakeholders and timelines concurrently
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Overseeing artwork development, asset creation, sign-off and production
- Working closely with artworkers, print suppliers and production teams
- Proactively identifying risks and delivering solutions before issues arise
- Full budget ownership, including forecasting, tracking and reconciliation
- Oversight of onsite delivery and live event production
- Driving improved efficiency, profitability, and consistently high delivery standards
- Managing resource planning, including team training needs and freelance/temporary staffing
The Candidate
To be considered for this Project Manager role the successful candidate will be bring with them solid experience delivering large-scale events, ideally within branding, activation or experiential environments. As Project Manager you’ll be confident managing complex budgets, juggling multiple projects, and working calmly under pressure in fast-paced environments. A strong understanding of print processes and supplier management is essential, alongside excellent attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Experience with mapping software (such as OnePlan, Iventis, Google Maps or CAD), Adobe Creative Suite, and project management tools like Asana would be beneficial but not essential. You’ll be a collaborative team player, happy to get hands-on, comfortable travelling internationally and hold a full clean driving licence.
