THE ROLE
On the back of another successful year, with continued growth, an exciting opportunity has become available for an Event Coordinator to come on board. Responsibilities are broad and include:
* Working closely with the internal events team to support in logistics
* Managing event schedules
* Communicating with internal & external stakeholders
* Event research and coordination
* Managing event and financial documentation
* Booking of travel and accommodation
* Supporting in budgetary management
* Creating event spreadsheets
* Assisting on site at events
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have some experience working on corporate events in an Event Coordinator/Assistant position or similar. You will need to have excellent organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail and well versed in Excel. The role does require international travel, so you must be comfortable with this.
