With a truly collaborative and sociable team culture, where after work activities and additional perks are consistently offered, this is a one of a kind working environment. They are now looking for an experience Event Logistics Manager to join their tight knit team.

 

The Role

The Event Logistics Manager role will spearhead operations within the business, playing a pivotal part in ensuring their events are delivered seamlessly from a logistical planning perspective. This Event Logistics Manager role will have responsibilities including; 

 

-          Driver route planning

-          Scheduling time sensitive deliveries of people, props and equipment

-          Streamlining operations for the business

-          Supplier relationship management

-          Logistical tracking of all kit

-          Implementing and managing H&S processes

-          Collaborating with wider departments within the business

-          Managing administrative duties such as securing of licenses, insurances, etc.

 

 

The Candidate

To be considered for this Event Logistics Manager role we are seeking candidates with proven experience in a similar, events based role. Those working within an operational management or logistical role within an event supply business would be highly desirable. Individuals must have exceptional planning skills and be a confident and effective communicator at all levels. The ability to work efficiently in a fast paced and ever changing environment is also incredibly important for the Event Logistics Manager position. Candidates must also have a full UK drivers licence.
