THE ROLE
Due to exciting plans we are now seeking an experienced and ambitious Events Warehouse Manager to oversee a busy department, managing people and ensuring the agency’s production teams have all the tools to do deliver world class events.
As Events Warehouse Manager, your key duties include:
- Provide warehouse management and oversee a busy schedule.
- Prepare kit and ensure it’s ready for event productions.
- Book in and monitor AV equipment going in an out of the warehouse.
- Ensure health and safety is adhered to and the warehouse is compliant.
- Manage the CRM database and track warehouse activity.
- Provide training on different areas for the junior members of the team.
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing a warehouse within the events world or come from a technical production background – the business is open depending on which area you come from.
