With a commitment to looking after and developing their staff, an excellent benefits package and a great working environment, this is an opportunity not to be missed! They are now looking for an Event Logistics Team Lead to join within a maternity cover role for a 12 month period.

 

The Role

 

The Event Logistics Team Lead position holds accountability for the general output of the delegate registration and group aviation teams. This is a broad role where the Event Logistics Team Lead will oversee day to day planning and resourcing across these services:  

 

-          Managing resource across delegate registration and flight bookings

-          Working closely with the event delivery team

-          Coordinating effective responses to clients within given SLAs

-          Liaising with clients on their specific project needs

-          Ensuring an efficient delegate registration and flight booking process

-          Actively managing delegate registration processes and projects where required

-          Managing finances relating to delegate registration and group flight bookings

-          Line managing a small team

-          Conducting 1-2-1s, appraisals and training with the team

 

 

The Candidate

 

We are looking for candidates from an event agency background who have solid experience in event logistics management as well as proven people management skills . The successful candidate will be able to manage resource across a department to ensure workload is effectively controlled in line with client requirements. Candidates must also be confident in working with event specific data ideally with experience across CRM systems for delegate registration, event app platforms and group flight booking systems such as Amadeus.
