THE ROLE

On the back of another successful year, with continued growth, an exciting opportunity has become available for an Event Manager to come on board. Responsibilities are broad and include:

End to end event management of live and virtual events
Logistics management for large scale events including venue, hotel and transport management
Delegate registration and management on a global scale
Supplier management and negotiation
Working closely with stakeholders
Working with internal teams and external agencies
Working with and building relationships with key business partners
Managing timelines, event documentation and prioritising tasks
Budget management
Onsite management

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will currently be working for an agency or corporate client and have a proven background of delivering a range of events and managing the full logistics for these including travel and accommodation booking, transport and registration. Experience of managing virtual and hybrid events as well as live would be an added benefit. Experience of working on large scale events (1000 pax +) and having full management of logistical elements of these is key as is strong supplier management skills. Candidates must have strong commercial awareness and expert communication skills with a proven ability to manage and work closely with multiple stakeholders.
