THE ROLE

Due to continued growth they are now looking for an Event Manager to run their entire event function with support of other team members.

The Event Managers key duties will include;

• Managing and delivering high quality, small scale events
• Building strong relationships with attendees and corporate sponsors
• Budget management
• Supplier sourcing and negotiation
• Virtual event delivery
• Ensuring an exceptional experience for all delegates throughout the process
• Working closely with internal teams
• Provide leadership and mentoring to junior staff members
• Delivering events on site
  

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must have similar experience gained from working within similar events and have a proven background of managing their own events, both live and virtual, from brief through to delivery - as well as being very client facing. Previous experience dealing with senior level executives is essential. You must be able to travel internationally at least once per quarter.
