THE COMPANY:
This opportunity is with a leading creative agency that specialises in bringing brands to life through immersive experiences, large-scale events, and innovative storytelling. Their client is a global pharma company, and you will be supporting one of their major conference-led events.
With a reputation for blending design, content, and technology, they deliver unforgettable exhibitions, conferences, and brand activations for some of the world’s most recognised companies. Their work spans everything from visionary keynote stages and hospitality suites to dynamic digital and interactive content, always with a strong focus on creativity, collaboration, and sustainability.
THE ROLE:
As the Event Producer, you will be the central point of contact for all operational and physical execution elements of the event. You’ll ensure seamless coordination between creative teams, vendors, and the venue to deliver an exceptional experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Working closely with the internal Content Project Manager to ensure all branding materials (print, digital, signage) are delivered, tracked, and installed on time and to specification
- Sourcing vendors and managing detailed build-up, event, and break-down schedules, including timings and location specifics, with venue staff and external partners
