THE COMPANY
This organisation has an unrivalled reputation for delivering some of the most iconic large-scale events on the calendar. Attracting huge audiences year after year, the team pride themselves on creating unforgettable experiences that extend far beyond the sport itself.
With outstanding facilities, ambitious plans for the future, and a strong focus on long-term growth, this is a unique opportunity to be part of a team shaping the next era of a flagship automotive event.
THE ROLE
With the establishment of a new cross-functional team, there is now an exciting opportunity for a Programme/Project Manager to play a pivotal role in both the immediate planning and the long-term development of an internationally renowned event.
Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and maintaining project plans, budgets, risk assessments and governance frameworks
- Leading planning meetings, ensuring clear actions, accountability and progress tracking
- Managing budgets and resources to deliver cost-effective, high-quality outcomes.
- Driving post-event analysis, embedding lessons learned into future planning.
- Building strong relationships with internal teams, leadership, contractors and external partners.
THE CANDIDATE
