The Role

As the agency continues to grow, they are now seeking an Event Producer to take responsibility for the planning and delivery of a varied portfolio of live events. This role offers the opportunity to manage projects from initial brief through to on-site delivery, working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure flawless execution.

Key responsibilities include:

•          Managing the end-to-end delivery of live, digital and hybrid events

•          Owning project timelines, budgets and delivery schedules

•          Coordinating suppliers, venues, technical production and logistics

•          Working closely with creative and content teams to bring concepts to life

•          Ensuring all events are delivered to agreed standards and objectives

•          Managing on-site delivery and troubleshooting in live environments

•          Building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders

The Candidate

To succeed in this Event Producer role, you will have experience delivering live events within an agency environment and be confident managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will be highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings.

To be considered for this Event Producer role a strong understanding of event logistics and production is essential, alongside the ability to communicate clearly with suppliers, venues and internal teams. You will be commercially aware, confident managing budgets and passionate about delivering high-quality live experiences.

This position would suit an Event Producer who enjoys being hands-on, thrives on ownership, and takes pride in delivering exceptional events from concept through to completion.
