The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Event Sales Manager to lead revenue growth across their flagship events. This is a high-impact role where you’ll drive sponsorship, stand and exhibition sales, and strategic partnerships across both shows.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Selling exhibition space, sponsorship packages, and digital offerings
- Developing tailored proposals that meet client objectives
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with sponsors and exhibitors
- Leading on key accounts and closing high-value deals
- Collaborating with marketing, content, and operations teams for seamless delivery
- Attending industry events to network and identify new opportunities
- Providing sales forecasts and post-show analysis to inform future strategy
- Championing innovation in packaging and presenting commercial opportunities
The Candidate
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within exhibitions, events, or media
- Confidence pitching to senior decision-makers and securing high-value deals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative mindset with the drive to lead and mentor
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
This role suits a commercially driven and confident Event Sales Manager with 2–5 years’ experience in exhibitions, sponsorship, or media sales. You’ll have a strong understanding of the events landscape, from consumer lifestyle to B2B trade, and a proven ability to build relationships, close high-value deals, and spot new revenue opportunities.
You’ll be proactive, persuasive, and comfortable pitching to senior stakeholders, with a flair for creating tailored proposals that deliver real value.
