LONDON / HYBRID – 2 DAYS IN THE OFFICE, FREELANCE CONTRACT – IMMEDIATE – DECEMBER 2025

The Role

As part of a wider team, this person will be responsible for the management and delivery of sponsorship packages at world renown events ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Overseeing the end to end delivery of sponsorship rights ranging from key note speakers, brand lounges, sponsored attendee passes, email features and much more
• Primary POC for clients/key sponsors
• Collaborating with internal teams to deliver
• Managing timelines and project deliverables
• Tracking and reporting on sponsorship performance
• Travelling internationally

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience working with key sponsors on large scale exhibitions or trade shows. You will be an excellent project manager, a confident communicator and be able to hit the ground running in a fast paced environment.
