THE ROLE
Due to their ongoing success, they are now looking for a confident, proactive and operationally excellent Technical Event Project Manager to join their high-performance delivery team. They need someone who can take the reins across logistics, supplier coordination, and client communications - relieving pressure from senior creative leadership and enabling smoother delivery across multiple complex projects.
A broad role, the Technical Event Project Managers responsibilities will include:
- Lead on supplier communications, quote sourcing, and delivery timelines
- Maintain accurate budgets, PO tracking, invoicing and internal reporting
- Coordinate logistics - including travel, accommodation, international freight, and documentation
- Represent the business in client comms where needed - keeping projects moving without bottlenecks
- Scope project budgets and requirements alongside senior team
- Support on-site delivery: managing setup, crew, accreditations, and production logistics
- Manage internal project systems (Notion, trackers) to keep teams aligned
- Source and onboard freelance project managers and production partners
- Maintain and expand our trusted supplier database
- Assist with post-event debriefs, reporting and wrap-ups
THE CANDIDATE
The Technical Event Project Manager will have 3-5 years' experience in live events, brand activations or experiential production. A strong production background is essential, ideally from within sports, music or AV heavy activations. You will be technically confident, with a working knowledge of AV, staging and event technology. The ideal candidate will have international experience and a UK driving license.
