THE COMPANY
You’ll be joining a fantastic, specialist pop culture experiential and events agency delivering stand-out campaigns for leading film studios, TV networks, video game publishers, and non-endemic brands.
Since launching, they’ve built a reputation for producing best-in-class activations, blending creativity, technical precision, and operational excellence to deliver measurable impact. Their work spans immersive brand experiences, live events, and innovative campaigns designed to spark conversation and drive results.
THE ROLE
As a Producer, you’ll sit at the heart of the production team, working closely with account managers to deliver the live elements of projects from concept to completion. You’ll take ownership of project timelines, budgets, logistics, and supplier coordination — ensuring every campaign is delivered on time, on brand, and on budget.
You’ll manage client expectations, oversee installs and de-rigs, lead site recces, and handle all event documentation and RAMS. As a Producer, you’ll be trusted to safeguard margins, manage cashflow, and report on performance against client KPIs, while continuously looking for opportunities to push creativity and efficiency further.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll also guide and support Production Executives, helping to develop their skills and create a positive, collaborative team culture.
THE CANDIDATE
You’re an experienced live events or experiential marketing professional with a proven track record of delivering complex campaigns. As a Producer, you bring calm under pressure, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
You’re commercially minded, confident negotiating with clients and suppliers, and able to evaluate campaign performance to identify new opportunities. You’re collaborative by nature, with a can-do attitude and a commitment to excellence in everything you do.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, or 3D design tools such as SketchUp would be a bonus, along with a strong understanding of how experiential campaigns integrate with social, influencer, and wider marketing activity.
