The Company

Our client is based in the Southwest of England and is a multidisciplinary agency that manages and designs events on behalf of clients internationally!

They manage product launches, exhibitions and symposia activities at a large number of medical congresses for their key clients.  They will also build and manage exhibition stands as well as the satellite symposia that their client sponsors during these exhibitions.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Event Manager to join a multidisciplinary agency!

The Role

Due to continued growth they are now looking for a Junior Event Manager to join their growing events team.  The role will be to support the Event Director in the planning, coordination, and delivery of pharmaceutical and aesthetic events, ensuring standards and are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.

This is a broad role where the Junior Event Manager will use all of their administration and event project management skills and experience, including; 

-    Assisting the Event Director in defining, scheduling, and maintaining detailed project plans

-    Supporting the management of subcontractors and supplier relationships

-    Assisting in coordinating and overseeing the delegate registration process for events

-    Managing budgets and overseeing cost management

-    On-site event support, including overseeing stand installation and break down

The Candidate

Candidates should ideally be working in a similar role as a Junior Event Manager with  2+ years of experience in event planning, coordination, or project management as well as excellent organisational and time management skills.
