THE ROLE

Due to continued growth and business wins there is now an opportunity for an experienced Senior Event Manager to join their  team and manage large scale logistics for projects across their client base. A broad role responsibilities include:

Managing all logistics for large scale projects

Working closely with internal teams

Ensuring all elements of delegate management and registration are handled correctly

Organising crew logistics and accommodation

Venue and supplier liaison and management

Ensuring delivery of logistics across the board

Onsite management

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this Senior Event Manager role candidates must have a solid background of managing event logistics from delegate management through to hotel and travel booking. Strong venue and supplier liaison skills are essential and ideally candidates will come from an event agency background, although this is not essential. An understanding of creative production would be an added benefit for this Senior Event Manager role but more importantly candidates must have the desire to work for a fast paced agency where they can be involved in a range of complex events!
