THE ROLE
Now on the lookout for a Project Coordinator to join the team, you will support the Project Director with large scale projects. Responsibilities will include:
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will be a people person, confident communicator and have the ability to support with complex project management providing detailed and accurate administrative support. Knowledge of exhibition stand design and build is not essential however a keen interest in the events/exhibition sector would be desirable.

THE ROLE
Now on the lookout for a Project Coordinator to join the team, you will support the Project Director with large scale projects. Responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with suppliers
- Supporting in logistics and planning for large scale event projects
- Organising hotels, flights and transfers
- Obtaining costs and ordering materials
- Onsite support
- Identifying client needs and offering solutions alongside the Project Director
- Supporting with H & S documentation
- Building and managing relationships
- Working closely with internal departments
- Able to work at a fast pace with accuracy and precision
- Clear and concise communication skills
