Owing to the exceptional growth of their event series, this business are now looking for a Senior Account Manager to join the Sponsorship team and assist with the development of this revenue stream by working with key accounts to maximise client retention and increase year on year yield. Responsibilities will include:
* Managing a set of established key accounts
* Building strong working relationships with clients advising them on how to enhance their experience
* Increasing key account yield YOY
* Liaising closely with internal teams
* Commercial management across the portfolio
* Securing repeat business
* Providing financial forecasts
* Growing and maintaining high value relationships
* Attending event onsite to look after clients
To be considered for this Senior Account Manager role you must come with experience working closely with clients from an event perspective, making key decisions to benefit the business and ideally working closely with event sponsors. A passion for technology, or experience working in the tech sector would be hugely advantageous!
You will naturally be a people's person and have the ability to network with existing and new clients effectively whilst developing strong relationships, whilst overseeing the event delivery.
