We are working with a Culture Transformation company who work exclusively with £2billion+ revenue companies, helping them to transform & grow their businesses. Over the last 30 years, they have cracked the code on how to undo the damage that organisational transformation can have on people, processes and financial results. This company's tried and tested model has been fine-tuned to help their clients unleash incredible business and personal results.

The company's internal events team plan and deliver a mixture of programmes that take place globally and virtual sessions that are arranged from their London studio. They are now on the lookout for a Senior Event Coordinator to assist with the logistical and operational details, working closely with their in house team and external suppliers to facilitate the technical side of virtual streaming.


As Programme Coordinator, you will be responsible for the 360-management and execution of multiple event programmes. Duties are varied and will include:

  • Manage logistics, stakeholders and agendas for client training Programmes
  • Liaise with third party suppliers and contractors
  • Lead and coordinate multiple senior stakeholders
  • Conduct meetings and outcomes calls with clients to establish and maintain long-lasting relationships
  • Be the go-to person for Programme information
  • Head up the technical delivery on virtual Programmes, workshops and briefings
  • Arrange all venues and associated logistics with the client
  • Generate Pre and Post-Programme Reports
  • Manage change and risk
  • Create client-specific briefs and project timelines
  • Generate informed proposals for new client partnership opportunities
  • with third party suppliers
  • Use the company's CRM and campaign system
  • Travel worldwide (2-5 days travel per Programme)


The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years proven project/event coordination and management experience and will be comfortable working with various online platforms such as zoom. You will be motivated and focused on the outcome of a project and will demonstrate excellent project management skills with fantastic attention to detail.

This role will suit someone who is extremely organised and detail-orientated, and is able to inspire this focus in others. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are key for this role.
