The role
Managing a wide range of events in the UK and overseas such as awards in New York, conferences in Venice, and team incentives across Europe!
Responsibilities will include:
Full client contact throughout each event
Overseeing a staff on each event
Putting together proposal/presentations
Pitching to client
Venue and supplier negotiation
Liaison with production suppliers
On-site management
Post event budget reconciliation including taking deposits and invoicing
Building and development client relationships
Account development/Business development and networking throughout the industry
The candidate
The idea candidate must have a proven background within event management and sales with proven skills in driving the business forward.
This role requires a unique skill set; someone who is creative but yet methodical with excellent attention to detail but someone who can also think outside the box!
This agency offers great development and progression opportunities up to Account Director level for any career-focused individual.
