The Company

Their highly experienced team create and deliver a range of services including experiential events, communications strategies and brand marketing campaigns for some of the leading businesses in the finance, retail, healthcare and utilities sectors, amongst others.

The Role

Due to really exciting growth plans, there is now an opportunity for a Senior Event Project Manager / Director with a background in live events and communications.   Managing large scale projects and campaigns and overseeing the team delivery across smaller projects; responsibilities will include:

-          Overseeing projects from initial brief to completion

-          Ensuring that all projects come in on time and within budget

-          Working on pitches and tenders for major projects

-          Resource planning across the project teams

-          Project planning and process management

-          On-going development and management of a team of Project Managers

-          Ad hoc hands on project management

-          Large scale budget management and reconciliation

The Candidate

Event projects will be the majority of projects delivered however there are also video, digital and design projects that you will need to oversee and an understanding of the broader comms mix is absolutely crucial for this role.    the ideal candidte will be working within an event agency with production in-house.
