THE ROLE

Working closely with the Events Team, you will be responsible for supervising the operational running on both indoor and outdoor events.

Within this broad role, your responsibilities will include:

* Overseeing event delivery, taking the lead on medium and large events
* Being a key point of contact between the client and internal teams
* Representing the venue and delivering excellent customer service
* Responsible for event documentation
* Giving operational direction to event staff and managing their performance
* Post event reporting and feeding back to higher management
* Enhancing and developing internal systems and processes

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates will ideally have a solid background in hospitality or events. A proactive team player, able to deliver excellent customer service and able to communicate confidently with clients and internal teams. The candidate must be flexible and willing to work weekends and be willing to take a hands-on approach, able to use initiative and problem solve. What is most important is that candidates have a strong work ethic, an eye for detail and "can do" attitude.
