THE ROLE
As Senior Event Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for project managing a diverse range of projects covering conferences, exhibitions and major events.
Responsibilities include:
⦁ Taking the lead the logistical delivery of individual event projects
⦁ Maintaining client communications and being involved in update calls
⦁ Driving timelines and deadlines throughout each project
⦁ Sourcing venues and managing contract negotiations including for block bookings
⦁ Managing relationships with third party suppliers
⦁ Overseeing all aspects of delegate management
⦁ Organising delegate logistics including travel, accommodation, hospitality, etc.
⦁ Managing onsite delivery
⦁ Holding budget accountability including reconciliation
⦁ Supporting more junior members of the team where required
THE CANDIDATE
We are looking for candidates who have a strong background in the logistical delivery of corporate event projects. Experience working within an event agency is highly desirable and a proficiency in managing highly complex event logistics would be hugely beneficial. Any experience in team management or mentoring would be an added benefit.
