From defining the narrative spine and shaping key show moments, to structuring the audience journey and crafting persuasive pitch decks - you will play a pivotal role in turning ambition into executable reality.This is a broad and high-impact role where the Creative Event Producer will:-    Lead the creative response to briefs alongside the Creative Director-    Develop event concepts, experience platforms and narrative frameworks-    Design audience journeys, show flow and "moment maps"-    Craft and structure compelling pitch decks and written proposals-    Collaborate closely with production and technical leads to ensure feasibility-    Balance creative ambition with budget and delivery realities-    Identify and brief the right creative and technical partners per project-    Support growth through strong points of view and pitchable insightsQuarterly travel to the Middle East is expected, alongside periods of high-intensity pitch work. The CandidateThe ideal candidate will be working as a Creative Event Produce, with proven creative development experience within live events, experiential, broadcast-live, theatre or music environments.The ideal candidate will bring:-    Strong narrative instinct and structural thinking-    Confidence leading ideation and shaping creative direction-    Excellent pitch writing and deck development skills-    Practical understanding of production, budgets and delivery constraints-    The ability to collaborate seamlessly across creative and technical teams-    Confidence presenting internally and, when required, to clientsExperience within Middle Eastern markets or working with global brands would be advantageous.Most importantly, we are looking for a bold, culturally curious Creative Event Producer who thrives on big ideas - and knows how to make them buildable.The PackageIn return, they offer hybrid working, international exposure, the opportunity to shape premium global experiences, and the chance to join a forward-thinking studio where creativity and ambition are genuinely valued.This is an equal opportunities employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
