Due to continued business wins and the growth of existing business accounts they are now looking for an experienced Design Project Manager to come on board and join their passionate and committed team! Being the first point of call for any creative work, responsibilities are broad and include:

•          Allocating and managing work within the design department

•          Ensuring the smooth running of design projects

•          Supporting with pitch projects and scoping costs

•          Understanding the requirements needed for each project and resourcing accordingly

•          Ensuring work is allocated correctly and in line with capacity and client’s needs

•          Identifying and mitigating any gaps in the process

•          Working closely with internal teams

•          Briefing external suppliers and freelancers as required. Managing and scheduling the input of  internal teams and external resource

•          Overseeing, managing and communicating project timelines

•          Proofing and approving designs


Candidates must come with a strong understanding of 2D and 3D design processes across the events, marketing, PR or experiential sector. Experience of working with 2D design and scalable artwork, along with experience of managing a creative team would be highly advantageous.  An understanding of resource management is preferred and any experience of sourcing or managing freelancers would be an added benefit. Strong organisational skills are essential, and any experience of managing / implementing traffic systems would be extremely advantageous
