The Role

Due to ongoing growth and success, they are now looking for a Technical Project Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of diverse corporate events, spanning live, virtual, and hybrid formats, managing them from brief through to on-site delivery.

As a Project Manager, you will be the key point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring events are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest technical standard. The role requires a confident professional who can combine creativity with technical know-how to deliver memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining technical requirements for each event
  • Leading on the technical delivery of live, virtual, and hybrid projects
  • Engaging directly with clients, offering advice and guidance
  • Supervising technical teams across multiple projects
  • Managing budgets, timelines, and priorities
  • Operating and overseeing AV equipment on-site where required
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and emerging platforms

This Project Manager position is integral to the company's continued success and will see you working on large-scale, high-profile events across the UK and beyond.

 

 

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in AV, production, or technical event delivery. Experience gained within an AV supplier, production agency, or venue environment will all be considered.

You will have:

  • Solid technical knowledge across lighting, audio, video, rigging, and power
  • Experience delivering live, virtual, and hybrid events
  • Strong client-facing skills and the ability to build relationships
  • Knowledge of CAD software or the ability to interpret technical drawings
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent organisational skills
  • Experience with vMix or similar virtual platforms would be highly advantageous.
