THE ROLE

With an ever expanding event calendar, there is now the opportunity to join the Venue Services team who are responsible for site services and products which enhance exhibitor and customer experience.

The role would suit a confident communicator with a passion for events and exhibitions. Responsibilities will include:

• Contacting current exhibitors to upsell services and products
• Identifying customer needs and offering solutions
• Building and managing relationships with exhibitors
• Working closely with internal departments to deliver on additional products
• Offering products such as wifi, lighting, AV and flooring
• Data input and attention to detail
• Working to KPI’s

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will be passionate, confident and a great communicator. All training will be provided however previous experience in sales or events would be beneficial.
