Responsibilities will include:
Taking and interrogating the creative brief
Putting together inspiring and different proposals
Leading projects from concept to completion
Creating content and messaging for events
Briefing in production and AV where required
Working with external suppliers and venues
Managing client relationships on a project basis
Fully managing budgets through to reconciliation
The ideal candidate will come from an agency background and have a range of experience within large scale creative event production. You will have managed a portfolio of large scale projects and know how to get the very best value for your clients. With the expertise to fully understand a client's brief and turn it into something spectacular you will also be adept at client management and be able to manage multiple projects at one time.

Due to continued growth and success, they are now looking for a Project Manager to join their team and work across a broad spectrum of events. The role will offer a range of projects and an interesting mix between event logistics and production.
The range of duties will include:
Leading events from brief stage
Overseeing registration and logistics teams including Project Managers and Executives
Working with designers, producers and creatives alike
Identifying new business opportunities, pitching and providing proposals
Liaising with clients and building lasting relationships
Budget management and reconciliation
Managing 3rd party suppliers and venues
Supporting and managing senior level stakeholders
Meeting timescales and deadlines efficiently
Managing production and design onsite
Post event de-brief with client
As the events delivered are full service (always with production and often content, as well as logistics) it is imperative that the candidate has experience in a full service events agency and has a sound understanding of both logistics and production. A confident and calm character who thrives under the pressure of complex events would be an ideal fit.

EVENT COORDINATOR- EVENTS AGENCY
This global events agency is seeking an Event Coordinator to support on a range of international events - this opportunity is one not to be missed!
With a pedigree in delivering a host of large scale events on a truly global scale, this is the agency to work for! Their client base is the who's who of healthcare clients and they touch all areas of the events spectrum from small meetings to ad boards to global congresses and everything in between. Due to some exciting and on-going growth they are now seeking to grow the team with a Event Coordinator.
This busy role for a Event Coordinator will involve working alongside Project Managers and other Event Coordinator to support on the delivery of events within the pharmaceutical sector including congress attendance, symposia and investigator meetings.
The range of duties will include:
*Supporting Project Manager across all areas of event delivery
*Liaising with clients and delegates
*Registering delegates on site using internal systems
*Preparing delegate packs and badges
*Sending across delegate invitations and managing queries
*Booking travel and accommodation
*Negotiating costs with suppliers and venues
*Travelling globally for on-site projects
To be considered for this Event Coordinator role we are looking for candidates who have a strong passion for the events industry and the eagerness to build their career within an events agency. You will have strong administrative skills and must be proficient with Microsoft Excel.
