This is a senior role responsible for shaping client relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring flawless project delivery across a wide range of live and digital event formats. You will demonstrate strong commercial and strategic acumen, combining excellent client leadership with the ability to oversee multiple concurrent projects and guide cross-functional teams. To be considered for this Account Director role a solid understanding of end-to-end event delivery is essential, and experience in content creation, technical production or exhibition build projects would be a real advantage. You will be adept at managing budgets and forecasting, with the capability to identify and develop new opportunities within client accounts. A collaborative leadership style, strong communication skills, and the ability to inspire and influence both clients and colleagues are key to success, while familiarity with Procim would be beneficial though not essential.
