The Company

This organisation is passionate about doing things the right way and they work with some of the worlds most well known and successful brands. With a core focus on the design and build space within the events world, the business creates and manufactures incredible designs for their well established client base across exhibitions, conferences and other exciting brand activations. This business is now looking for a Business Development Manager as they embark on the next stage of their growth journey!

The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will develop strong relationships with potential clients and unlock new doors long term. This is very much a long term project with strong foundations already in place, you will scope out the market and identify opportunities for business growth whilst being a key figure at industry related events.

Key Responsibilities for the Business Development Manager include:

• Generate new leads for the business and open doors for conversations.
• Build relationships with existing clients and identify potential opportunities for more growth.
• Develop the new business pipeline.
• Attend industry events and promote the agency’s services.
• Analyse sets of data in the market and make key business development strategic decisions.
• Manage the full sales lifecyle.

The Candidate

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who has serious ambitions. Ideally you will have a background within exhibition design and build sales however the business is open if you have wider events business development or sales experience. 

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Business Development or sales experience within the events world.
• Must be able to commute to London.
• Ideally you will have a car and licence.
• An interest in sustainability.
