THE COMPANY
You'll be joining a global leader in sports activation, brand experience, hospitality, exhibitions, roadshows, and interior fit-outs - delivering high-profile projects for some of the world's most recognised brands and events. Since 2004, they've worked across golf, football, rugby, tennis, cricket, motorsport, and more, with their projects appearing at The Olympics, The Ryder Cup, Wimbledon, The British Open, and the Hong Kong 7s.
With offices in the UK, USA, and UAE, they are perfectly positioned to deliver exceptional projects worldwide. The UK business has seen rapid growth in brand experience and experiential marketing, particularly in London, opening the door for you to take on an exciting and impactful role. This is a company that prides itself on making every event happen without fail - and you'll be part of the team making it happen.
THE ROLE
As a Sales Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving new business and building their profile within the UK brand experience and experiential marketing sector. Your main focus will be creating strong relationships with agencies, particularly in London, and turning these into exciting, profitable projects.
In this role, you'll develop and execute a targeted new business strategy, win briefs and tenders, and lead pitches that stand out. You'll also work directly with brands, engaging with event, brand, and marketing teams to spark ideas and deliver high-value solutions.
You'll be empowered to bring your own tools, platforms, and strategies to the table, making decisions that genuinely shape the business. As a Sales Account Manager, you'll also maintain relationships with key partners, staying ahead of new product launches and integrating these into compelling proposals. This role can be based at their Dorset HQ or remotely, but you'll be expected to attend client meetings, pitches, and networking events in London regularly.
THE CANDIDATE
You're an experienced Sales Account Manager with 3-5 years in sales, business development, or account management, ideally in brand experience, experiential marketing, or live events. You know how to identify opportunities, nurture relationships, and close deals. You already have an active network within the UK marketing and events industry, and you're well-connected in the London agency scene.
You're confident presenting, pitching, and negotiating at all levels, with the organisational skills to manage a busy pipeline using CRM systems such as Salesforce. You're proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable working under pressure to deliver results. You'll need to be able to travel to London regularly and be ready for occasional UK or international trips.
If you're ready to take ownership, win exciting projects, and help shape the growth of this leading brand experience agency as a Sales Account Manager, this is your opportunity.
